TABLEAU DE CORRESPONDANCES 10km au MARATHON
En prolongeant mes investigations, afin de bous êtes le plus utile possible dans le choix de vos allures d’entrainement en fonction, d’un chrono.
J’ai comme référence de départ le semi, au-lieux du 10km. Ce choix est voulu, car il se cour dans la zone des seuils, où la zone de perturbation aérobie + anaérobie. Sur ce type de compétition la production et l’élimination des déchets se fait bien.
Donc comment utiliser ce tableau ?
Vous avez fait un semi, vous avez un chrono, delà vous avez une image de vos chronos sur 10km au marathon.
Avec le temps du 10km correspondant vous allez pouvoir construire vos avec des allures correspondant à votre valeur du moment, du semi vers le 10km
Exemple =
Denise G a mis 1h46 :30, donc proche des 1h46 :45 ; donc sa valeur au 10km sera 50mn10 soit une allure ou vitesse aérobie de 5.01mn/km
Par contre en faisant un entrainement spécifique, avec les distances spécifiques marathon, pour passer le mur du 27km ; elle fera un chrono de 3h42 + où – 2mn
Donc pour son entrainement les vitesses seront axées sur cette vitesse aérobie celle du 10km.
